Ghanaian Traditional Songstress Sherrifa Gunu has revealed what she thinks it’s troubling Africans especially Ghana.
According to the “Yumiantabah” hitmaker, poverty is not the problem of Africans but rather hypocrisy is the major and the worst problem of Africa.
In an interview with SammyFlex the host of ShowbizAgenda on Zylofon fm 102.1 mhz monitored by goonlinegh.com, Sherrifa Gunu lamented that Africans think poverty is their problem but it’s not because poverty is everywhere in the world but there are still countries which are developed, but Africa has not developed because hypocrisy is killing us.
“Africa we think poverty is our problem Believe me poverty is just there because everywhere in the world we have poor people, but the main trouble and the effective trouble in Africa is hypocrisy, that is what is killing us. Hypocrisy the entire general trouble of African today is hypocrisy. If we will stop this hypocrisy,Africa will change just like that”.
Sherifa Gunu is a Ghanaian soul and African musician also a songwriter. Being the pride of the north in the industry, she released couple of music that was soothing to the soul of which one became the theme song to the Ghana’s Most Beautiful (GMA) Pageantry. She featured the likes of Sarkodie, Amakye Dede, Efya and Kwabena Kwabena to mention a few.
She is currently promoting her new song dubbed “Susupon”.
