Joseph Korshie Doe-Fia (born January 25, 2002) is a Ghanaian professional footballer from Volta Region.

Joseph Korshie Doe-Fia started his career as a football in kasoa with Unistar Academy from 2013 to 2019 at Ofankor in the central region of Ghana. At the age of twelve years, he joined the football academy in 2014 and enjoyed life in the community for six good years where he was natured as a striker scoring 87goals during his 6years spell. His colleagues tagged him the name goal machine due to his effectiveness and potency up front.

In the 2021/22 season, Joseph became a professional player with his registration under Fifa ID number 089766M in the connect system after he registered 8 goals in 10 games.

Due to his ambitions and dream to play in Europe, Joseph played in an agency tournament organized by DROOM SOCCER SCOUTING AGENCY and was selected as one of the best strikers in the competition.
The club, action light FC permitted Joseph to take part in the agency tournament knowing he might get an opportunity to Europe despite being professional.

As the saying goes, hard work pays, Joseph had the opportunity to travel to the UK for the grand tournament where he was fortunate to be selected to train with Fuenlabrada FC on the 3rd tier side in Madrid, Spain.
