The universe is about to experience the first body of work by Akyedie Yao.

Akyedie Yao over the past decade has been in the music industry exploring sound to finally finding his feat as a refined Afrobeat and Hi-life artist.

Over the years, he’s churned out some melodious records such as Awurama, Party, Taxi driver, Love calculator, and Esewoara which helped him gain his grounds by finding his core fans both within his neighbourhood and across the various nooks and crannies of the Capital and elsewhere.

For the first time in so many years, this is a debut of work Akyedie Yao is about to put out to show his prowess after exploring various sounds for years. This is a collaborative effort between 3M Music and Akyedie Yao as an artist.

“The Greatest Gift” EP is a well-calculated and thought-through body of work that has taken the quality time and effort to put together.

This EP is inspired by the Gift God has embedded in me as an artist and appreciates the journey since I started doing music and the pendulum of feat I have copped for myself without any Major deal.

The EP is made of five (5) solid records which feature some of the finest artists such as Sitso music, and Freeme Tapasinde. The EP was produced, mixed and mastered by NelsonOnit who is an in-house and a shareholder in 3M music.
